Returns

Eligible returns are free when requested within 15 calendar days after delivery. Please contact us before sending any product so we can provide authorization and the correct return instructions.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders delivered in the United States and Canada. No additional shipping, customs, import, brokerage, or clearance fees should be charged to the customer.

If a carrier exceptionally requires an additional payment, please contact Oweeps and provide your order number, the carrier’s payment notice, and proof of payment. After verification, Oweeps will reimburse the justified amount.
